Instead of paying regular visit to a dentist you can get rid of them at home only. The first step is to take a half cup of water and nutshell flour. The nutshell flour taken must be of 60 gram. No more, no less. Blend the combination so well that it softens in the water.

Next step is to turn on the stove or electric hob on low flame. Place the pot on the hob or stove. Now pour the mixture of water and nutshell into the pot. Let the mixture heat for about 10 minutes. After that, let it cool down and turn the stove off.

In the second remedy, you will need sunflower seed flour, lime juice, and water. Take two tablespoons of sunflower seed flour, two tablespoons of lime juice and half a cup of water. Blend all the three perfectly in a bowl.

The second step is to pour the mixture that you have prepared into a pot. Now turn the stove or electric hob on at low flame and place the pot on it. Let it heat for like 10 minutes. After that, turn the stove off and allow the pot to cool down.

After bringing the mixture to room temperature, check the pot to make sure that it has become like a thick paste. Now take a brush and apply this paste on your teeth. Apply this mixture twice a month and you will see the difference as there will be no plaque or tartar.
